Shipping & returns
Shipping
Ready-made pieces leave the bench within three business days. Custom sizing and commissions take four to six weeks. Every parcel ships insured for its full value and requires a signature.
Returns
Return any stock piece within 30 days of delivery, unworn and in its sealed box, for a full refund less return shipping. Custom sizes and commissioned work are final sale.
Sizing exchanges
First ring resize within 60 days is free — send it back and we will refit it. Later resizes are charged at cost. Some bezel settings cannot be resized; we will say so before you order.
Authenticity
Every order arrives with a numbered certificate recording the piece, its metals and its coin. Genuine recovered coinage is documented individually. Replica cobs are clearly identified as replicas on both the listing and the certificate.
Care
Silver darkens; that is the point of it. Wipe with a soft cloth, keep it out of chlorine and ultrasonic cleaners, and leave the recesses alone — that patina is the age of the coin.
